Our group had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Pao on Friday night. Our waitress Bailey was attentive to all our needs and was quite pleasant. Congrats to the management and food staff for excellent selections. On a personal note, they have a new sea bass addition that is full of flavor.

In 1 word Divine! It's located in a picturesque strip mall. Beautifully adorned with exquisite floral arrangements scattered throughout, some bigger than a grown man . The customer base, an eclectic group age's ranging from 20s to 60s, gave a hip vibe The colors and decor make a bold statement. That combined with the staff's clothing give a bit of a sexy vibe. It was pleasing to see that the staff knew as well as liked the clientele. Many times I saw several staff members approaching various tables that wasn't theirs, simply to make small talk with the ones sitting. Drink's and food were impeccable! Sitting on the outdoor patio on a lovely evening. In a great environment. While having some of the freshest and tastiest sushi ever! Gave ME, great satisfying vibes, the rest of the night. Without doubt Pao it is a place that I will go back to time and again. And I suggest that if you are debating on going or not, you should go you'll be glad you did! You can look up their menu online, there's more to eat than sushi . They offer enough that no matter who you go with and their taste, everyone will be happy.

We haven't eaten at Pao in more than 5 years. My wife had a mixed green salad with goat cheese, and a vegetarian pasta dish. She was pleased with both, especially the salad which was fresh and crisp. I started with the fig, onion, and goat cheese sliders. I thought the three sliders would be just that, but they had tiny burgers as well. They were terrific. My main course was grilled divers scallops with creamed leeks and roasted asparagus. It was also terrific, as was the creme brulee for dessert. Chelsey, our server, was attentive and knew the menu; she recommended the scallops rather than the Chilean sea bass special. In sum, we had an excellent dinner. The room was loud which made our conversation difficult at times. My biggest gripe -- call me an out-of-date curmudgeon or a snob -- was a man who kept his Cincinnati baseball hat on while dining. Many people don't dress appropriately -- scruffy jeans and t-shirts seem the norm -- and such dress really sets me off. But we'll return to Pao for another excellent meal.11/5/2024: Returned for dinner. My wife had a green salad with goat cheese and cajun pasta (vegetarian). I had the calmari, sea bass, and orange creme brule. Everything was made perfectly. The creme brule was unusual and a nice change from the standard recipe. The restaurant wasn't busy, so we could easily carry on a conversation. Gabe, our server, was excellent. We weren't rushed and savored our meal over the almost two hours we were there. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but we got what we paid for in quality.

Absolutely fantastic food! We had the deviled eggs to start. Husband had the steak with twin Lobster tails and I had the Cajun pasta with seared shrimp. We ended the night with the Cheesecake. It can be expensive, however it was worth it! Our waiter was great as well. We will definitely be going back soon!

Food is always amazing! We had the steak egrolls, which were delicious! The chef specialty Chilean Seabass was outstanding. And the Rotisserie chicken never disappoints. We also had some very good drinks. I highly recommend the raspberry chocolate martini. And our server was top-notch. He kept our drinks filled and was on top of everything! The ambiance is always on point. Definitely need to try if you haven't. Or go back again!
